I have got a few ideas for location, so I will be trying to get a location similar to this because I cannot afford £500+ ph. The following pictures will help me get a visual of what I want, and also help me try to find a location like it.

Key locations for the music video will be:

• Bedroom

• Cityscenes(Bokeh)

• A street with shops( and people)

• Abandoned/lonely streets with limited light source.

 

For the bedroom scenes, I would like to it to be really white, limited furniture, big windows and pretty much look lifeless( so no plants, photo frames etc). Basically, enough things to make it look like its a liveable area.

 

For the Cityscenes, which I want to use during the parts where there are no lyrics, to represent her mind, so bokeh or long exposure to show either fast paced or slow, along with the colours used, especially when it comes to either the chorus or the verses, because they have different pace to them.

 

For the streets with shops, I need it to look normal, like an ordinary scene, but the the main character feels like she is being stared at. I prefer the streets where there is a large walking path in between the shops, so the main character can walk in the middle of it.

 

For the abandoned streets,I want it to be dark and secluded enough to present her mind, so the limited light source can be edited to be different colours, and maybe if I can get a smoke/fog machine, to make it misty and really abandoned.

 

I've added another location, which was Winter Wonderland in London, because of the lights from the rides/stalls. They can create amazing bokeh effects, which can help go into the video to connect parts together.
